I love this salad! A blend of sweet, crunchy and tangy makes it like no ordinary salad. The dressing that comes with it is SCRUMPTIOUS. These salads are hearty and make a terrific (and filling) meal alone when you want something cool or split in half for a side salad. Really very delightful. I am rather picky about my salads-(no slimy or wilted greens please) and this salad measured up by far. Very fresh. It pleased a picky salad eater!
